PHOTOSTIX® simply peel & stick to the backs of your own photographs to create your own instant postcards. The first question our order department asks when a customer calls in to order, is how they heard about PHOTOSTIX®, then here is what happens .

A customer contacts The PHOTOSTIX® Corp. and mentions that they heard about PHOTOSTIX® from (your name) and would like to place an order. Their order is shipped out usually that same day directly to the address they give us. We handle the shipping and the collection of the full payment. Your customer will receive their order within three to seven days and will be placed in YOUR Active Client List. You will receive a generous 15% commission on their first initial order and a 10% commission on each reorder that person or business places for a period of one year from their last reorder. Most stores reorder every one to three months which gives you an unlimited income potential. Question: Will I receive commissions on my customers that "mail in" orders ?

Question: Will I only receive my commissions for one year on each customer?

Answer: No. As long as your customer places at least one reorder within a twelve month period. Most of the gift stores, one hour photos, pack & ship locations, hotel/motel gift shops etc, . reorder every one to three months. To obtain a steady unlimited second income, we suggest gearing your sales efforts towards distributor store outlets as well as retail customers. Here is the best part...The suggested "Retail" price is $6.00 (per booklet of ten postcard backs) and most tourist locations average $7.00 per booklet. Even if your customers order only sixty packs to give our product a shot in their store-s, they will still make over a 100% profit selling at the suggested retail price! Another major selling point to bring up to your store prospects is our very popular Find a Local Distributor page located at http://www.photostix.com/localstore.html We receive hundreds of inquires each month for people looking for a local distributor and we refer these folks to the nearest location that offers our PHOTOSTIX® product. Question: Can I sell PHOTOSTIX® at a photo trade show or flea market or advertise in a local paper / magazine?

Answer: Yes. As long as any printed advertisements are "first approved in writing by The PHOTOSTIX® Corporation". This information must be faxed or mailed to PHOTOSTIX® prior to the printing of any advertisement. You may continue to purchase PHOTOSTIX® booklets at any time at $2.50 per booklet (your representative purchase price) when making direct sales/deliveries.

Question: Who would be a good PHOTOSTIX® prospect?

Answer: Gift Stores, Card Stores, Photo Labs, Pack & Ship Centers, Tourist Information Centers, Friends & Family, Anyone that has a 35mm camera. Any business that would like to advertise a product or service in full color without having to spend a fortune in set up and printing costs is a good prospect as well. Remember, PHOTOSTIX® are Excellent for Vacation Postcards, Holiday Greetings, Birthdays, Wedding Thank You Cards, Graduations, Birth Announcements, Advertising Real Estate, School Fund-Raisers, Amazing your Friends and more! So, use your imagination and find that market or markets that will work best for you in your area. Of course, it would be nice to land just one giant store as your account, but there is safety in numbers, the same reason fish travel in schools. So my suggestion is to set up as many store locations as possible from time to time, go after a giant account. The large accounts are nice, but don't guarantee your steady monthly income. I personally would rather have a large number of accounts so if one folds or can no longer order our product, my income would not change that much and could be easily replaced.

The undersigned hereby acknowledges that he/she will be acting as an independent contractor for The PHOTOSTIX® Corporation. As an independent contractor the undersigned acknowledges that he/she will in no way be considered an employee of The PHOTOSTIX® Corporation and is responsible for income taxes both state and federal pursuant to the laws of Florida and of The United States of America. The PHOTOSTIX® Corp. agrees to pay the undersigned a 15% commission on the initial order from any individual or business that is not already an existing customer of The PHOTOSTIX® Corp. and a 10% commission on each reorder from that same ordering individual or business for a period of one year from the customers last order date, providing that the new customer mentions either verbally or in writing that the undersigned is how he or she heard about PHOTOSTIX®. Commissions are paid on the purchased product amount and do not apply to shipping and handling charges. PHOTOSTIX® prices are based on our currently nationally advertised prices which are provided to the independent contractor with each monthly commission check. The PHOTOSTIX® Corp. will provide the independent contractor with an updated "Active Client List" each month reflecting new PHOTOSTIX® customers that the undersigned independent contractor has obtained from the mentioning or showing of PHOTOSTIX®. This report accompanying each commission check will also show your clients name, address, phone, quantity ordered, invoice number and the commission paid. On or before January 31st of each year the undersigned will be provided with a 1099 Misc. Income report if needed to the address below. The PHOTOSTIX® Corp. reserves the right to cancel this agreement for any reason and at any time in writing to the independent contractors address listed below. Commission Checks are mailed on the first of each month along with an updated "Active Client List". The undersigned further acknowledges that any reproduction of the PHOTOSTIX® name or logo is strictly prohibited without written consent of The PHOTOSTIX® Corp.. The undersigned agrees to purchase a starter kit consisting of (25) PHOTOSTIX® packs, 1,000 thermographed PHOTOSTIX® Business Cards with your name and title, (25) Return Envelopes, (25) Loose PHOTOSTIX®) cards, (25) Sample Demo Photographs, (25) Main Price Lists, and (1) Full Color Laminated Price List - All bearing your name and title. Other helpful sales material will be included as well.

I have read and understand the terms and conditions mentioned herein and have enclosed $125.00 for my starter kit mentioned above. (Florida Residents $132.50)
